History

Strucom understands global business because of the founders own international origins. We learned international business from the inside, by working for multinational companies, building start-ups and managing global working corporations.
Over the years our experience, capability, and networks have grown, establishing Strucom as a first rank strategy consulting and training firm. We began by providing small market analysis projects. This led to larger, more complex projects, and then to partner searches, strategic planning, and then to help implementing the plans.
Today, Strucom is a full service, employee-owned firm that has completed assignments for multinational businesses, governments and numerous small and mid-sized companies.
